§ 96.35 BOARD TO ESTABLISH RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Board is hereby authorized to establish rules and regulations and specifications and procedural instructions for work and activity within the right-of-way as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes of this subchapter. The specifications and procedural instructions shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk and may be amended from time to time by the Board.
