§ 33.36 APPROVAL OF EXPENDITURES ONLY FOR USES DIRECTLY RELATED TO INVESTIGATIONS.
   Prior approval of expenditure shall only be for the use of funds directly related to an investigation which the Police Department has been assigned and is in the process of furthering the investigation for law enforcement action. Monies shall be used only for those matters approved from the preliminary request.
