§ 33.34 KEEPING OF MONIES; WITHDRAWALS.

(A) Monies of the Law Enforcement Aid Fund shall be kept in the form of a cash and/or checking account in a place and manner as directed by the Mayor.

(B) Withdrawals from the fund shall be made only by the Detective Sergeant of the Police Department with the prior approval of the Chief of Police.
