(A) Copies per page.
(1) The Police Department may charge members of the public the sum of $.25 per page for any incident reports requested by said member of the public.
(2) The Police Department may charge members of the public the sum of $5 per page for any photos which are requested by said members of the public to be duplicated on special paper made specifically for photo duplication.
(3) Any monies collected under divisions (1) and (2) shall be deposited as miscellaneous revenue in the General Fund of the city.
(B) Vehicle identification numbers.
(1) The Police Department may charge members of the public the sum of $3 for the inspection of vehicle identification numbers requested by said member of the public.
(2) Any monies collected under division (1) shall be added to the Police Department's Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund.
