The Police Department shall charge the sum of $12 for copies of reports of traffic accidents. The fees shall be deposited in a separate account to be known as the
ACCIDENT REPORT ACCOUNT and it may be expended at the discretion of the Chief of Police for any Police Department purpose related to the keeping of accident reports and records or the prevention of street and highway accidents.
