§ 91.094 OPERATION OF SLAUGHTER HOUSE.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to keep, maintain, or operate a slaughter house within the corporation limits of the city.

(B) Any person, firm, or corporation killing or slaughtering any animal, or keeping, maintaining, or operating a slaughtering house shall be deemed guilty of performing acts which constitute a public nuisance.
