(A) Kennel/cattery permit exception. No permit shall be required by the city for a recognized and reputable animal welfare organization; however, all other provisions of this chapter shall apply.
(B) Kennel/cattery permit.
(1) 4 - 15 dogs: $50.
(2) 4 - 15 cats: $50.
(3) 16 - 25 dogs: $75.
(4) 16 - 25 cats: $75.
(5) 26 or more dogs: $100.
(6) 26 or more cats: $100.
