§ 32.37 REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION; MEMBERSHIP; TERM OF OFFICE.
   (A)   The Department will be controlled by a board of five members known as the Redevelopment Commission.
   (B)   The Mayor shall appoint three of the five members of the Redevelopment Commission.
   (C)   The term of office of the members of the Redevelopment Commission shall commence from the date of their appointment and last for a period as determined by the city.
