§ 91.022 CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.

No person shall beat, cruelly treat, neglect, torment, overload, overwork, spray paint, tint, dye, brand, or otherwise abuse any animal except that reasonable force may be employed to drive off vicious or trespassing animals.
