(A) The following fee schedule is hereby approved and ratified as follows:

*Owner's request that Animal Control hold stray animal longer than the three-day stray period must be approved by the Mayor or his or her designee. | |
(B) Fees will be waived only at the discretion of the Mayor or his or her designee.
(C) Two copies of said fees are available for inspection in the office of the City Clerk and are incorporated herein by reference.
