§ 90.02 LEAVING NONOPERABLE VEHICLE ON STREET OR OTHER PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   No person shall leave or discard any partially dismantled or otherwise nonoperable vehicle on any public street, alley, highway or any public property within the city.
