   (A)   A school crosswalk is hereby established across the following streets at the following locations:

Residence St.
Directly west of the west entrance to the Morton School Building
 
   (B)   School crosswalks shall be marked and signs or other traffic control devices shall be erected in accordance with the Indiana Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices in a manner appropriate to said school crosswalk.
