(A) All mayoral appointees, other than city elected officials, serving as members of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the county and all mayoral appointees, other than city elected officials, serving as members of the Area Planning Commission of the county, now and hereafter serving by appointment of the Mayor and the member of the Common Council now and hereafter serving as a member of the Area Planning Commission of the county shall hereinafter be compensated for all meetings attended.
(B) The aforesaid compensation shall be paid by the city monthly, in an amount provided by ordinance per each meeting attended, upon receipt of written certificate from the Secretary of the Board or Commission of attendance.
