(A) It is the declared intention of the Common Council of the city to avail itself of the provisions of I.C. 36-7-4-200 through 36-7-4-223, Indiana General Assembly, and to participate in the operation of the Area Planning Commission, pursuant to those statutes.
(B) The Common Council of the city hereby adopts the provisions of I.C. 36-7-4-200 through 36-7-4-223.
(C) The membership of the Area Plan Commission of the county shall be as set forth in I.C. 36-7-4-200 through 36-7-4-223.
