§ 73.06 SNOW EMERGENCIES.
   The Chief of Police or his designee may authorize the operation of snowmobiles upon all the public streets and right-of-ways within the city if he determines that because of snow or other extreme conditions that conventional vehicles cannot be used for transportation.
