§ 73.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OPERATE, OPERATOR. These terms shall have the same meaning as provided in I.C. 14-16-1-4 and 14-16-1-5.
   PERSON, SNOWMOBILE, and PUBLIC PROPERTY. These terms shall be construed within the meaning used in I.C. 14-8-2.
