§ 31.03 CLERK-TREASURER AUTHORIZED TO PAY CLAIMS PRIOR TO APPROVAL.
   The Common Council of the City of Winchester, pursuant to I.C. 36-4-8-14, hereby authorizes the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Winchester to pay certain expenses/claims in advance of Board allowance.
