The Council now adopts a map depicting the districts established under this subchapter and incorporates the map by reference into this subchapter. Two copies of this map are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer for public inspection as required by I.C. 36-1-5-4. If there is a conflict between the districts as depicted on the map and as described in this subchapter, the description in this subchapter shall prevail.
