§ 115.01 LIQUOR RETAILER PERMITS.
   Pursuant to I.C. 7.1-3-9-3, the city consents to the issuance of liquor retailer’s permits for the sale of spirituous beverages to applicants otherwise qualified under the rules and regulations of the Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
