§ 32.90 ESTABLISHMENT.

(A) The Common Council hereby establishes a Department of Economic Development, to be controlled by a commission known as "City of Winchester Economic Development Commission."

(B) The Common Council shall nominate persons to serve on the Economic Development Commission.
