(A) Any person, firm, organization, or institution that fails to comply with any section of this chapter shall be fined, upon conviction, not less than $25 and not more than $2,500 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Any unauthorized disposal of construction material into the dumpster provided by the city, presently located at the City Street Department, or onto city property, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $1,000, and not more than $2,500 per occurrence.
