(A) McFarland Addition. The newest addition to the Winamac Cemetery, the legal description of which is attached to Ordinance 11 of 2019 and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein, shall be named the McFarland Addition after the late Town Council President, Kenneth McFarland.
(B) Cost of grave plots. Each single grave plot located within the Winamac Cemetery shall cost the following amounts:
(1) $400 for any individual(s) or entities wishing to purchase a grave plot not located in area designated in division (B)(2) below;
(2) $300 for any individual(s) or entities wishing to purchase a grave plot located in the Garden of Memories or Garden of Devotion section of the Winamac Cemetery.
(C) Grave maintenance fee. The grave maintenance fee, which shall be paid at the time of burial, shall be $200 and shall be used for the care and maintenance of the Winamac Cemetery.
(D) New 911 address. The new 911 address for the Winamac Cemetery shall be 414 South 50 West, Winamac Indiana 46996.
(E) The Winamac Cemetery Sexton is hereby vested with the authority to draft and implement a new job description for the Cemetery Agent, also known as the Town Gravedigger, for the purpose of entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the future Cemetery Agent.
