§ 33.07 CHIEF OF POLICE; SALARY.
   (A)   The salary of the Chief of Police of the city is as set by City Council.
   (B)   This salary shall be paid by the Treasurer of the city as follows: one-half of said salary shall be paid on the fifteenth of each month and the remaining one-half shall be paid on the last day of each month.
