§ 32.04 DISASTER AND EMERGENCY SERVICES ORGANIZATION.
   The functions and duties of the city’s Disaster and Emergency Services shall be delegated and shared by the elected and appointed chiefs of all local jurisdictional services with an emergency response capability during a disaster. Funding for the city’s Disaster and Emergency Services shall be determined by the Chief Executive and the City Council.
