§ 31.42 SPGE APPLICABILITY; FISCAL YEAR.
   (A)   SPGE applicability. The Commission shall comply with all applicable provisions of KRS 65A.010 through 65A.090 governing special purpose governmental entities.
   (B) Fiscal year. The Commission shall operate on the fiscal year beginning July 1 of each year and ending on June 30 of the next following year.
