In conjunction with the City of Nicholasville and the Fiscal Court for the County of Jessamine, and the simultaneous enactment by these bodies of similar ordinances, there is hereby established the Nicholasville/Wilmore/Jessamine County Joint Tourism Commission. The Commission shall serve and operate under such terms and conditions as maybe established by the laws of the state and all applicable ordinances enacted by the establishing bodies.
