§ 152.32 BUILDING UPKEEP WITHIN THE CITY.
   Commercial buildings must be kept in reasonable repair. Broken windows must be repaired and doors kept locked. Cardboard, plywood or particle board are not acceptable for permanent repair. Roofs must be kept in reasonable repair to prevent structural damage and, in general, property must not be allowed to deteriorate in such a way as to inflict damage to the building. Vermin control in a building is the owner’s responsibility and must satisfy inspection of the Building Inspector for the county.
