§ 152.30 BUILDING FACADES IN HISTORIC DISTRICT.
   The facades of commercial buildings more than 50 years old located within the city’s commercial district covered by the National Historic Designation may not be altered to anything but their original design. This includes roof lines and cornices. Limestone foundations must remain unpainted. Window replacement must be the size of the originals. Plywood fill may not be used as long-term window covering.
