§ 152.16 POLITICAL ADVERTISEMENTS; REMOVAL.
   All city and county candidates shall be responsible in seeing that any outdoor advertising, including, but not limited to, billboards, yard signs, bumper stickers, posters and the like shall be removed from public property and/or the public right-of-way within five days following the election for which they were posted. Furthermore, it shall be the obligation of all of the individuals residing in the city to remove all state, federal and local political posters, billboards and yard signs from their property within five days after the election for which it was posted.
