§ 152.03 MAILBOX PLACEMENT.

(A) Each and every curbside mailbox located within the city shall be installed at the curb or roadside on the property owned and/or occupied by the U.S. Postal Service customer.

(B) This section shall control not only residential, but also commercial and industrial, settings and shall remain in full force and effect until repealed by lawful procedure by the City Council.
