(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of § 151.03(B) of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $150, nor more than $100, and shall be required as well to repair any damage to any street to the satisfaction of the City Council.
