(A) It shall be unlawful for any purpose to sale in a retail establishment any air rifle, air pistol, b-b gun or similar gun, sling shot or steel tipped arrow, within the city limits.
(B) It shall be further unlawful for any person to shoot or discharge an air rifle, air pistol, b-b gun or similar gun, sling shot or steel tipped arrow, within the city limits, except when done so in supervised classes as may be provided from time to time by the Jessamine County Schools, Asbury College or Asbury Theological Seminary, the city’s Recreation Department or any other recognized civic organization.
