(A) Pursuant to the power granted the city by KRS 237.115, it shall be unlawful for any person, other than a law enforcement officer, to carry a concealed deadly weapon on his or her person in any building, either owned or operated by the city.
(B) The Chief of the city’s Police Department is hereby directed to forthwith post all such buildings with appropriate signage in order to notify the public of this prohibition.
