§ 114.06 REMOVAL OF WRECKED, ABANDONED OR ILLEGALLY PARKED VEHICLES; NON-PREFERENCE CALLS.
   Where the motor vehicle operator is injured, unavailable or otherwise indicates no preference for the destination of a wrecker vehicle, then the radio dispatcher shall dispatch the next wrecker on the rotational wrecker list.
