§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of § 110.11 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $5 and not more than $10 for each offense.
