(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 95.04 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $25.
(C) Any person, firm or corporation violating § 95.05 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in a sum not less than $5, nor more than $100; and, any building altered in violation of the provisions of § 95.05 of this chapter is hereby declared a nuisance and the city, in addition to the penalty herein set out, shall have the right to remove the same at the expense of the owner thereof.
