(A) The most current edition of the Standards of Safety contained in 815 KAR 10:060, and all codes a part thereof, as promulgated by the office of the state’s Fire Marshal of the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction Insurance of the commonwealth, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, as if set out at length herein.
(B) The City Clerk shall, at all times, keep in his or her possession for reference a copy of the said most current edition of the Standards of Safety.
