§ 94.10 NUISANCE DOGS OR CATS.
   (A)   It shall be prohibited and unlawful for any person to house or keep under his or her control, anywhere in the city limits, any dog(s) or cat(s), either as a pet or for any other purpose, which causes a general inconvenience or annoyance to persons in his or her immediate neighborhood. Acts of such general annoyance shall include, but not be limited to, loud and continual barking, whining and the general omission of continuous noises that can be easily overheard by surrounding neighbors or the emission of objectionable odors which are offensive to surrounding neighbors.
   (B)   It shall also be the responsibility of each owner of any dog or cat, living within the city limits, to keep a collar and metal tag on the animal at all times and the tag shall include the name and phone number of the owner.
