(A) It shall be prohibited and unlawful for any person to keep or hold dangerous wildlife, as identified by the commonwealth’s Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources, on any real property located within the city limits.
(B) Any wildlife kept or held in violation of this section shall be seized and impounded by the city’s Police Department or, at its request, the commonwealth’s Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources, and shall be confined in an appropriate place, at the owner’s expense.
