§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 93.01 through 93.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person who violates §§ 93.15 through 93.21 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine not exceeding $500 and not less than $10, or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day any violation of any provisions of §§ 93.15 through 93.21 of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense, unless otherwise provided in §§ 93.15 through 93.21 of this chapter.
