§ 92.18 FLOWERS.
   (A)   Cut flowers will be removed and discarded by the cemetery when they become unsightly.
   (B)   Artificial flowers are permitted on headstones or markers in the bordered areas year-round, but may be removed by cemetery personnel if they become faded or deteriorated.
