(A) The reasonable and necessary fee to purchase a cemetery plot within the Wilmore Cemetery is $1,000. The cemetery plot is sized to accommodate one vault or two infant burials or two cremation burials.
(B) The reasonable and necessary fee to purchase an infant or cremation plot within the Wilmore Cemetery is $500. The infant or cremation plot is sized to accommodate one infant burial or one cremation burial.
(C) The reasonable and necessary fee to open and close a grave site is $1,000 if opened and closed on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., local time. At all other times, the fee to open and close a grave site is $1,200.
(D) The reasonable and necessary fee to open an infant or cremation burial site is $500 if opened and closed on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., local time. At all other times, the fee to open and close an infant or cremation burial site is $600.
(E) These fees may be adjusted each year, by a schedule of fees approved by the City Council, by ordinance to reflect current costs.
(F) Any person or entity seeking to purchase a plot for burial in the Wilmore Cemetery shall be assessed and shall pay the fee in conjunction with recording his or her ownership of the plot.
(G) No person other than city designated employees or agents may open and/or close a gravesite, infant burial site or cremation burial site within the Wilmore Cemetery.
