(A) All development plans must provide for street trees and tree planting easements and trees for any new parkland in the development.
(B) The Tree Board must be presented with the landscape plan for all new development within the city to determine compliance with this chapter. The developer or his or her designee must appear before the Tree Board to present his or her plans for compliance with this chapter.
(C) When the Board has approved the tree plan, the Tree Board will so inform the Planning and Zoning Commission.
