(A) Any person violating the provisions of §§ 72.01 through 72.05 of this chapter shall, upon conviction of a first offense, be fined no less than $50, nor more than $150. Any person convicted of a subsequent violation of §§ 72.01 through 72.05 of this chapter within two years of a prior conviction under §§ 72.01 through 72.05 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $150, nor more than $250.
