§ 52.065 SURFACE RUNOFF, GROUND WATER DRAINS AND SUMP PUMPS.

(A) No person shall connect roof, foundation, areaway, parking lot, roadway or other surface runoff or ground water drains, or sump pumps to drains for non-wastewater, to any sewer that is connected to a wastewater treatment facility.

(B) Roof, foundation, areaway, parking lot, roadway or other surface runoff or ground water drains, and sump pumps to drains for non-wastewater shall discharge to natural outlets or storm sewers.
