(A) No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connection with or opening into, use, alter or disturb any wastewater sewer or storm sewer without first obtaining written approval from the Utilities Director.
(B) There shall be three classes for connections to the city’s wastewater facilities: Class I - residential, Class II - commercial and Class III - industrial. In all cases, the owner shall request to connect to the city’s wastewater facilities. The applicant shall submit the wastewater information required to administer this chapter. An administrative and inspection fee shall be paid to the city at the time the request is made as per the effective wastewater fee ordinance.
(C) Connections to a storm sewer shall be subject to an administrative and inspection fee. Such connections shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter and the approval of the Utilities Director.
