§ 52.042 CONSTRUCTION APPROVAL.
   Before beginning construction of a private wastewater disposal system required under § 52.041 of this chapter, the owner shall first obtain written permission signed by the Utilities Director. The applicant shall provide any plans, specifications and other information relevant to wastewater discharges as are deemed necessary by the Utilities Director.
