(A) No person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment that is part of the city’s wastewater facilities.
(B) Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine.
