(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person in violation of the provisions of the most recent version of the city’s Sewer Use Ordinance (Ch. 52 of this code of ordinances), if convicted, shall be fined not less than $5 or not more than $25 for each day the violation continues.
(2) Any person tapping a water or sewer line belonging to the city without permission shall be subject to a charge of not less than $50, nor more than $2,000, to be determined by the City Council in consultation with the Director of Utilities, plus the estimated cost of water and sewer usage.
