5-2-2: ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE:
It shall be unlawful and it is hereby declared a nuisance for any person owning an animal of any kind to allow or permit said animal to run, go or be at large within the corporate limits of the Village. (Ord. 87-O-48, 11-23-1987)
